RETURN POLICY

We’re confident that you’re going to love your purchases from Sassy Boutique, but just in case, we’re happy to offer exchanges or refunds!

The following conditions must be met in order to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange:

  • Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 7 DAYS of receiving your purchase, and returns must include any paperwork that came with your order. Please mail all returns to:

  • Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags still attached.
  • Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box, with any dust bags included. 

We will process your return within 48 hours of receipt of your package. Please keep in mind that your package will take a few days to reach us! Shipping charges are non-refundable,

If you wish to return merchandise after the 7 DAY timeframe, your return is eligible for STORE CREDIT, which is redeemable both in store, and online.

If you receive your package and it is damaged or defective, you must email amy@sassyboutique.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
